I've waited a bit with this review. Mind you, I'm a big guy, so that's my opinion. The chair was very easy to assemble. It took us about 30 minutes. I have sat in this chair every day for the past year. Sometimes several hours a day. I'm sitting in it now as I write this! Only the pillow has held up and is still comfortable, but I got the memory foam pillow about a month ago as I could see that I had flattened the pillow a bit. From time to time I have to put a small pillow under my lower back as the lumbar support isn't much. Now the chair has a few crevices when I lean from side to side, but it still holds up. The seat is wide and has a good length. The armrests are soft and I love how they move up and down. I would say if you are a tall person this will last you at least a few years and maybe longer. If you are a normal sized person, this will last for several years.
