I've had it for about three weeks now and it's starting to go into limp mode which won't let the car go over 20mph what you hardly have enough time to drive off a main road to the shoulder, if there isn't a shoulder to drive past then you're screwed until you can exit in a safe area. I called Pedal Commander, the company said it is based on the serial number, this unit is very outdated, they did a firmware update but it keeps working in emergency mode. Attempts to return the money have so far been unsuccessful! As the company has a 30 day return policy my issue was that after three weeks it started behaving but I waited to keep trying the device to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong which made me 4 1/ 2 weeks now they won't be back but within a block! for the same price you can buy directly through Pedal Commander and they will replace the device immediately which they told me or refund the money within 30+ days. own now.
