The hair is like the picture, the texture is also impressive. I usually pay over $100 to have someone crochet me so I can do my hair and it looks gorgeous! 6 packs were enough and I had 4 turns left. I made sure to do 1-2 toe patches on the back and whatever I stuffed in the gaps (which you couldn't see anyway) just to make sure I had enough hair based on the reviews. I will buy longer hair next time as 12 inches is hard to raise/lower or freely pull back on weekdays.
