Review on πŸ–₯️ Immerse in High-Definition Clarity with ViewSonic VA2209: 22-Inch LED-Lit Monitor, 1920X1080P Resolution, Wide Screen by Travis Jarvis

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A REALLY big and THIN monitor with decent graphics at a good price. But the lack of height or angle adjustment puts it just four stars behind

I have been using Dell PCs for many years (15-20) and have always bought Dell monitors with new PCs or kept the old one to reuse with the new PC. When I bought my last Dell about 3 years ago it came with a "free" 22" monitor. It lasted about a year and then became "blurred". Luckily I kept my 17" Dell monitor and I've been moderately happy with it for working with Word and Excel (I watch Youtube on my PC but don't like sitting for long hours. So when Revain offered this MUCH BIG monitor in exchange for a review through their Revain Vine Reviewer program, I decided to give it a try. I've only really used it for a day but I feel like I can give an honest review. I've also read the other 8 reviews that were posted as I was writing this one and seems like I would most people doing it are heavy users and know their way around cables etc. To be honest I don't get this, I pretty much agree with the consensus of the others, although I'm not sure I can give it five stars for the Edge Well, that's all the adjustments g keys and key holder taken to the back of the bottom. The labels are on the front, but you reach down from the bottom to press the buttons. (I really felt like a "dumb" when I couldn't figure out how to turn on the power. The screen is nice and bright (I even had to dim it a bit. My problem - and maybe not yours - is that The monitor sits on top of my PC and is about 18" from my face, so I feel like I'm too close (I felt more comfortable with a smaller monitor. But again, that's a subjective opinion. The three-year warranty power up while that's a great price if it lasts 2 years it would be a good value for money the modem, router and that plug take up a lot of space the real issue you need to consider is , where you put the monitor. The height can't be adjusted (the biggest mistake) and it can't tilt to avoid glare. Please fix this in the future, I would give it five stars. It's in paperback now, and m adjust it to the correct height. This is my first non-Dell monitor and I'm sure I'll get used to it. BTW, t glass base The stand is good but I'm not sure if it would perform better or worse if it was metal.

Pros
  • VGA, DVI
Cons
  • Limited upgrade option
