Very faulty and requires frequent unplugging

These switches are available under different brand names Fivehome, Viewhd, Awakelion etc but they are all the same switches just different colours. these switches (one from Fivehome and U9 from Viewhd) and they behave the same way. For starters, I power them via an extension cord that turns off the power when my TV is off, but for some reason these are zombie switches as they never turn off even when the outlet is off. I think that's because they draw less than a watt or about 100mA when idling, so it just doesn't discharge the capacitors in the power supply. require you to unplug the power cord to get them working again. If you have an active device turned on and viewing it, switch to a different input on the switch block. 90% of the time the switch is locked, none of the buttons work and will not appear. 3. If you start your device and then turn on the TV switch, nothing shows up and you usually have to turn it off again or close EVERYTHING and restart. 4. If an active device is shown, turn on the 2nd device. The switch goes to the 2nd device but when you turn off the 2nd device it doesn't go back to the 1st device and sometimes hangs and asks you to unplug the power cord. In order for them to operate with the least amount of frustration, you MUST turn on the TV and set it to the correct input, turn on the soundbar and set it to the correct input, THEN turn on the device. What the heck is this, will it freeze or not? I've been using a couple of Viewhd VHD-UPT3F 4k60 3-port switches with my PS4 Pro, Xbox 1x, PS3, PC etc for years and they've had very few issues and none of the issues I mentioned above! That was until I got a PS5 and now for some reason this switch frequently flashes the screen at random times. Some days it works fine, but other days nothing shows up. But these new switches are pita and there are so many of them. glitches that force you to unplug them that they basically broke right out of the box and require some serious work on the part of the manufacturer to iron out those kinks.
