Bought for my husband for Christmas. I was very happy with the purchase as it had shoulder, neck and back issues and had some great reviews. However, we got it back in the end. It has multiple pockets on the ends that he had to put his hands in to keep it in place and apply proper muscle pressure when using it on his neck and shoulders. Otherwise the massager would not have stayed where it was needed. This prevented him from resting his hands while using the product. He also found it too bulky behind him to sit comfortably in a chair while using it. The awkward position of his arms, back, and neck aggravated his pain instead of using a massager to eliminate it. Unlike some other reviewers, we did not find this product helpful.
