Review on Leather Journal Cover For Field Notes, Moleskine Cahier Notebook, Handmade Vintage 3.5" X 5.5" Leather Cover, Coffee by Shawn Mortensen

I wanted a quality leather cover for my field notes books but I didn't want to spend a fortune on it. I took a chance and ordered this cover thinking it would be "good enough." When I unboxed it, I was very pleasantly surprised. The leather has a great soft feel and leather smell. The stitching looks to be high quality. There is a pocket to insert the notebook, another full. sized pocket for whatever and a small pocket for cards -- I carry a few business cards there. Looking at the pictures on ebay, the brown color cover did not show a pen loop but the coffee color cover did show a pen loop. I bought the coffee color (sweet color) because I feel a pen loop is important. And yes, it has a pen loop. Overall I sure I will be very happy with this cover for a long time.
