I take great care of my records. Not only because I want the best possible sound quality from my albums, but also because I want to keep my stylus intact and extend its lifespan. No matter how hard I tried to take care of my albums, they still left smudges and fingerprints from time to time. I also nearly dropped a couple of records trying to "tuck them neatly" up my sleeve. I tried gloves that were too uncomfortable and soft fabrics that were too bulky. That's when I found Butler Record. It might not be more than a $4.50 piece of felt-coated cardboard (2 for $9), but it's pretty much the best I've spent on Revain for $9. I always put it next to my turntable. Now I can record and re-glue albums cleanly and easily. I liked mine so much that I gave the second one to my father. After all, he was the one who led me to vinyl.
