It's MUCH cheaper than HP and has great customer support!
This is MUCH cheaper than HP but took more work than expected. When new cartridges failed with numerous error messages, their instructions were to download and install new drivers. After I did that and failed and played around a bit more, I contacted them again and they said they would send a new set of cartridges free of charge. Although I didn't hope it solved the problem. So for personal use it was worth turning off the printer for a few more days and wasting time because they are so much cheaper. However, for business use, you can certainly choose a more reliable HP replacement.
