I was so excited when I found this ink because of the amazing price and number of cartridges that come with it. Lots of outstanding reviews have given me confidence that this will work and is legal. It arrived quickly and the packaging is good - each cartridge is individually wrapped. However, when I tried it on my Canon MX870 printer, it didn't work. Instead, the printer throws an error code "6C10" and nothing I've tried will get it to work. (I've done a lot of troubleshooting and followed online guides and videos for tips on how to fix this error code). I was beginning to think my printer was broken, so as a last resort I put the old Canon ink cartridges back in. As soon as I did that, the error code was gone and the printer worked fine. This leads me to believe that the problem is caused by the incompatibility with these new ink cartridges. I'm very upset that they don't fit me. At this price and quantity, this could be a game changer for my family because we spend so much on printer ink. Looking at all the rave reviews, it seems to work great for a lot of people, so maybe my case is an isolated case. Just be aware that you might run into an issue and make sure you try them out right away while you still have a return period, just in case. I actually only tried the ink a month after purchasing it, so I'm not sure I've had the time to return it. At least the price wasn't too high to risk.
