Why mascara is applied to rubber spikes.this is the dumbest way to transfer to the lashes because it doesn't really work. That's why Clinique still uses brushes and they are the best. Another bad thing is that my makeup remover wipes can't remove it. I thought it might be waterproof when I first tried to remove it because it took forever to wipe and wipe and then I had to resort to soap to clean the stained areas and even that was not very effective. I hate that.
