I have a 2015 iMac which I really like, but I'm used to 2 screens at work and absolutely had to have it while doing research. I found an old HP monitor (VGA connection) in the attic and wanted to connect them together. After researching devices on Revain I found this. Reluctantly, but attracted by the price, I went for it. I am NOT disappointed. That works great. I'm so excited I've now added a second display to my Mac for only $15. *** UPDATE: 4 YEARS LATER. Still works like a dream. Bought a second adapter and now have a third monitor connected to my Mac. While my old monitor used VGA, my new monitor is HDMI. I love the versatility of this adapter.
