Easy to use - great apps

I've had this since the beginning of the year and have used it several times, it works great works with my surface pro 4 and allows me to connect to many other devices ( projectors, televisions, smart screens, etc.). Here's my take: Pros: - Ease of use (connectivity) - Great features (VGA, HDMI, DVI): Allows you to carry a single item while still offering connectivity - Value for money: Good quality at a great price. :- Short: The cable is a bit short - I use it with a Surface Pro 4 so it endsโ€ฆ

Excellent cables and connections

I work as a sales engineer, visiting customer sites and doing demonstrations. You never know what type of projector connection a customer's site will have, but this versatile and lightweight device allows me to connect and handle anything that comes my way. I don't worry about connecting to the device because it just works.

Great flexibility! in Computers & Accessories

I liked it so much that I bought one for myself and one for my college teenager. It's compact and fits easily in a laptop bag or backpack, but still offers a lot of flexibility. I give presentations in different environments and never know what kind of projector equipment, TV or smart whiteboard I might come across when I get there. That covers me in almost every setting. The same goes for my teenager. Whether it's in the library with a smartboard, in a friend's room with a large monitor, orโ€ฆ

The product doesn't work, but the customer service is perfect.

This is the second converter I've bought from CableDeconn and it didn't work either. Both have the same problem: the color is faded, the brightness is extremely low, there are shadows next to the icons and fonts. I have another converter from Kinps which unfortunately is no longer in production but has been working for me for 2 years now. I've switched the CableDeconn and Kinps converters back and forth, so I'm pretty sure the converter is the problem. I can't use this cable at all.โ€ฆ

I didn't like this adapter when I first plugged it in

I didn't like this adapter when I first plugged it in. I replaced the Apple VGA to Thunderbolt adapter, which worked great but couldn't accommodate the switch to HDMI. My first reaction when I looked at my external monitor was "that looks awful!". The screen was a horrible, pixelated, oversized mess. Then I looked at reviews that didn't reflect my problem, so I started playing around. After changing both the aspect ratio of the monitor itself and the screen resolution on my Mac, I finallyโ€ฆ

Works great - bought 2, now 3 monitors!

I have a 2015 iMac which I really like, but I'm used to 2 screens at work and absolutely had to have it while doing research. I found an old HP monitor (VGA connection) in the attic and wanted to connect them together. After researching devices on Revain I found this. Reluctantly, but attracted by the price, I went for it. I am NOT disappointed. That works great. I'm so excited I've now added a second display to my Mac for only $15. *** UPDATE: 4 YEARS LATER. Still works like a dream. Bought aโ€ฆ
