I don't like the suction strip as some of the other brushes fall out when flexing when you add a brush. The small holes or tiny end are practically useless as the brushes either won't fit or keep falling out. If the suction cup had more bigger spots it would be better, and if it was taller (thicker) it would be more stable. (And yes, hang your brushes upside down to dry.) The sponge pad tray is useful for brushing off powder, it's nice to have its own place for it instead of a rag or tissue, and it's washable and reusable, so a Winner. The textured pad makes cleaning the bristles of the brush easier. So reasonably good, but room for improvement.
