I read bad reviews about this product and I was a little scared to buy it but it seems like what you need. I work in a workshop and we need a printer to print both work orders and customer invoices. This is the HIGH place to use the printer. The first thing that struck me was how easy it was to set up! It was plug and play for my computer and it was easy to get online to access other computers. I had to download printer drivers for other computers, but that was to be expected and everything worked without problems. And the print quality is great! And the print speed is amazing! Makes MUCH less noise than the Brother 8810 I replaced! I haven't had it very long but I'm very happy and satisfied so far! Will be updated if anything changes!
