I am a medical student and I create about 1000-1500 Anki flashcards a day using this device in conjunction with a tablet. I really like this device and am very used to it, but it WILL BREAK, so be prepared to buy a new one. The first one I bought broke because it just fell off the table - the start button no longer works. The second purchased (3 weeks ago) accidentally stopped transmitting the press of three buttons. However, I needed this device, so I ordered a third one.
