I bought these because I tie my hair in a bun every night so that it doesn't fall on my face and damage my hair when I sleep. These don't fit my head at all. My hair is fine and silky so it falls out at night IF I don't pull it over my ears. Then they stay safe, but I wake up in the middle of the night with pain in my ears. I try to keep my hair off my face due to pimples and they also make my head sweat a bit. When the rubber band sits on my forehead, I'm totally blown away because I don't use it at all. I will send them back. They're probably better for people with thicker or curly hair. Do not buy if your hair is thin and silky.
