Update 9/19/2020: I still use this shampoo to kick out my normal shampoo days. I see many reviews that it dries out the hair and scalp. I didn't have that experience. I would also like to add that I like a less foaming shampoo. The more foam created, the drier your hair will be. I agree that the conditioner is not top of the range, but it is a pleasantly light conditioner. The smell isn't bad either! Thought it would make my hair healthier. It's not a bad product, but it didn't work for me. I still use it on my no shampoo days.
