I've had one of these for about a year and just bought a second one in exchange for a gift. These aren't super high quality wooden crates but they look good and hold up great and for the price you get what you pay for. I'm sure you can spend a few hundred dollars and get a high-end box of tea, but that's about $40 (shrugs). We like ours a lot and also the gray patch. We use it to organize our tea bags for easy access. Only in our kitchen. If I had a bed and breakfast I would rather invest in a quality one as it will wear a lot but for personal use we love it!
