High quality monitor lamp with questionable mount

Let's start with the basics. This is a lamp that attaches to the back of the monitor with a rotating cover. The lamp draws 4.5W from a rear USB-C port and includes a USB-A to USB-C male-to-male cable. The kit does not include a power supply or adapter, so you will need your own. If you need more technical information I have attached a picture of the manual and instructions. In addition, it has an attractive minimalist design with touch controls on the front of the lamp. It uses a series of alternating LEDs that turn on based on the color temperature you choose. So if you only use Cool White or Warm White modes, the lamp will inherently be dimmer because it uses fewer LEDs. If you use neutral white it will be much brighter since all the LEDs are on. The lamp post can be adjusted up and down 35 degrees, allowing for some glare adjustment. Speaking of glare, the lamp mattifies very well in the sense that it doesn't produce a harsh, blinding light unless you're using more than 75% power. What I criticize about the lamp is its dubious durability. The user guide suggests visiting Inateck for more information, but there is no warranty support information at all on the Tomons website. If you go to the Inateck website, they say they offer warranty support for your product, but it's not clear if they mean end-user or B2B support. The warranty is believed to be 1 year, but again it's not certain as it's unclear who and what is covered. Unless someone officially updates the warranty contact information or a Tomons representative confirms that warranty support is available through them; I fix a star. Monitor lights like these are very good when they work, but I've burned out other brands that only worked for a few months before something went wrong. Usually the LED dimmer or the mounting mechanism starts to fail. Hope this all helps.
