My first pocket drone arrived in 6 weeks and fits in a controller. The compact design was cool, but the battery life was 5 minutes and flight controls were almost non-existent. This pocket drone is AWESOME. From the first flight the auto-hover works great, distance, flight time and durability are above what you would expect for $35. I rode higher and farther than necessary in the yard, and when I rode out onto the soccer field, the distance became tedious due to the lack of items. After 5-7 flights, I switched to high-speed, from where the speed of the unit doubled. At this speed, the drone is quickly approaching walls and objects, and its durability really began to shine when I got caught on the edges of walls and spun out of control. While flying on, I persuaded my neighbor to buy one for my son and me. I have no doubt they will love it, especially after I crashed my drone while flying indoors and it ended up in a dog bowl. Completely submerged in the water, I pulled out the drone only to keep flying. That durability should be enough for an idiot or a kid looking to have a good time.
