Great platform with tons of functionality & options

The best thing is that it's easy enough for new users - you don't have much learning curve because every part of their system makes sense once I've used similar products in my career or even just watched other companies explain them online! Some features are not as intuitive after some initial training but nothing major since they make everything else super simple (and maybe those things can be better described?). Also sometimes certain filters aren’t working correctly unless there isn't really anything wrong so if its been awhile then take another look at what could cause this problem again before giving up hope ;) Tracking costs/cost savings has never looked more cleanly organized than when using ProposalsPro. Easy tracking from start through close allowing us great visibility into our cost efficiency while also providing an excellent dashboard which allows quick access too historical pricing trends by department etc., Easy to use, quick to implement, and intuitive for customer service reps. There are too many features for my liking. For example, there's no way to create/edit custom fields or change templates. Would be nice if customization was offered. The software is great for our needs. We're able to easily create and send out automated RFPs to prospects in real time. It has allowed us to grow our pipeline of new business and increase our sales volume in the market we serve.
