As a nurse I wash my hands over 100 times a day during my shift and it damages my skin. I am using this for a severe case of eczema that developed after several washes and harsh hand soaps in the hospital. After the first two days of use, my skin is noticeably more hydrated, I don't have new cracked skin and the inflammation/redness has gone down. I also used this on my daughter's forehead for a mild case of dermatitis that lasted for two weeks with no relief from organic baby ointments. After using this product on my forehead, the scab cleared up after two days and never came back. I'm removing one star from this list because the cap hurts when I turn it. The latest batches finally have flip-top lids.
