Disappointed Best With HEPA Air Purifiers

I am so disappointed with this product it has been used with all the fingerprints and dust on the outside! Simply repacked and inserted a new filter! . but I plugged it in and it didn't work!. It seems like it started working but after 5 minutes it just stopped and only the lights are on! . this is complete crap! . I hate receiving a used thing, and even a broken one! Attention buyers!
