So let's start with the positive. The design and fit of these shoes are by far the most comfortable I've tried. Also a nice matte finish and perfect touch controls - not overly sensitive like some of the other headphones I've tried. Music sound quality is also excellent. And their customer service is also very good. Negative. If you have to use microphones, I'm afraid you won't be happy with that. they are too quiet. Left extra calm for some reason. You have to shout to be heard during the call. I tried it with phone, zoom and commands. all the same results. Their customer service was nice and helpful so 5 stars but if you need them for mics look elsewhere.
