We love our juicer. We cut the lemon in half and I cut off a bit of the "top" at each end; it seems to sit better in the juicer and turn over more easily. He recommended it to a friend, he ordered but received a generic brand even though 'Bellemain' was on the list. It was a lighter, cheaper material, poorly formed standard box (not Bellemain!). Revane mentioned his account when pointing out the problem and I don't think they even asked him to send it back. I think one of the private sellers that popped up quickly went live and then disappeared. If you get one in a box that doesn't say Bellemain, or it looks cheap, or the rubber is slipping off the grip, return it and ask for the original; This is a good kitchen tool!
