The ease of use, the ability to customize the app to suit our needs, and the great customer support. I love that we can easily add new items without having to call in or visit a restaurant. I wish there was an option for an offline mode during inclement weather. This would be helpful if you are out of cell service and need to order from your phone (which happens often). We have been able to reduce our labor costs by about 50%. It has helped us keep up with demand, and also allows us to offer a much wider variety of menu options than we were previously able to offer.
