I really like this mount but I'm giving it four stars for minor issues. Firstly, the tightening screw for the up/down function was a bit tricky as one screw was weaker than the other and required an allen wrench. So don't lose the included Allen keys. Pulling the HDMI cables and one of the power cords through my hands was a pain, but I was finally able to get them through. At the moment it is very durable and easily holds my 30" and 24" monitors. Considering the price I can recommend this stand.
