It's not easy for new users to understand how it works but there are training videos available online which can help you get up to speed quickly. If you're looking for an advanced tool then I would look at other options such as Xero or Sage 50. A lot of our staff still haven't fully understood all its functions so we run into issues when trying to solve problems using Traffik. When booking out time off, for example, this was previously done manually by creating an excel spreadsheet before printing them off. This took longer than needed, cost more money in terms of paper usage, and could be easily solved if we used Traffick.
