I love this body pillow. I'm a man and although this is for "pregnant" women I was given this to help with my neck pain and neck pain. This pillow, after a few months of constant use, has virtually eliminated my neck and shoulder pain that I have had for several years. I would highly recommend this pillow if you are looking for neck and shoulder pain relief. It even gave me some relief from my hip pain. The only reason I didn't give the full five stars is because I wish it was two feet longer so my legs would be fully supported. Otherwise it's great for someone under 5'3". I'm 5ft 6" and when I try to support my legs/hips my feet hang down and I feel like they don't fully support my legs. Overall this product is great. After so many years with severe neck/shoulder pain waking up with no pain the last few months was amazing. Even a chiropractor couldn't cure it. But this pillow really cured my pain.
