I like that my archived posts are easily accessible from the dashboard, as well as being able to upload new content by creating an archive page. In addition, it's easy to tag relevant people in messages or other forms of communication that may have been lost over time. It could use some updates to look better across all devices. The current interface doesn't take full advantage of the tool, but you can improve upon this with CSS tweaks. This software solves our problems of loss of information about past projects, which has affected not only the company, but also our clients. Additionally, it provides a searchable database for future reference. I like that it helps me archive my socials from multiple platforms into one place. I can also search by hashtags and keywords to find specific content quickly. It's not clear how to get started using it, so it's hard for people who are new to social media monitoring to discover. It's an interesting product, but I don't think it's been marketed well enough to gain traction yet. We're using this software to archive our social media posts from Twitter and Instagram.
