Both hats are very nice, the material is good quality, they hold up without tangling and both fit perfectly. Big enough but elastic enough to stay on your head. At first I was afraid of gray with colorful speckles because it was so tight on the head. I decided to give it away, but after grabbing it a few times to run outside when it was the only thing I could see at the moment, it stretched out and became very comfortable. It has an inner lining and is soft and fluffy. The solid gray is unlined but has a good thickness, is very stretchy and fits great from the start. My only gripe with this was that I don't like balls on it so I always remove them. When I took this off I found that the rope holding the ball had also tightened all the little loops at the top of the hat and I ended up with a big hole. It's okay, I just took a piece of quality yarn and pulled them all back together. In the end they are both fantastic hats, you won't regret buying them and the price was amazing!
