Review on Inov-8 Men's F-Lite 235 Functional Training Shoes by Jimmy Breaux

I love this shoe. I do a little bit of everything. CrossFit, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, running, biking, everything. This shoe meets the requirements in every respect. Ground feel is second to none and this is arguably the best running cross trainer out there. All of my lifts in it are great and they far exceed my expectations in all of my dynamic exercises. Box jumps, burpees, double jumps, balls on the wall, KB swings, etc. The shoe's rope technology and arch design make it the best rope climbing shoe I've ever used. The size is perfect for me. I wear a size 10 in nano, metcons and no cops. They are just amazing and I can't say enough good things about them. If you are interested in CrossFit, this is simply the best shoe with the most purposeful design.
