I ordered a $400 monitor and it broke today shortly after I turned it on. I'm pretty angry at the moment. Shortly after, I get a notification that these speakers have arrived. To be honest, I expected them to be pretty lame, especially for the price, but to my surprise, I plugged them in, fired up Soundcloud on the only half of my monitor that worked, and clicked on a killer new synthwave that I liked . and was blown away. Cheese aside, seriously, that sounds incredible. There is no "confusing" noise like others have said. It's very easy to make high frequencies unbearable with the controls. The bass rocks for its size and I haven't even pushed it an iota yet. Would definitely buy again for the under $50 LED speaker and subwoofer. Really high quality product. If you find anything to complain about with these speakers, stop shopping for $50 more.
