This speaker lasted several hours before waking me up with a loud noise in the middle of the night. Have unplugged it since it died then noticed the smell of burnt plastic. The subwoofer smoked and felt hot. I had to carry it outside for fear it would explode in my face or burn my house. I ordered a $400 monitor and it broke today shortly after I turned it on. I'm pretty angry at the moment. Shortly after, I get a notification that these speakers have arrived. The speakers have an excellent sound, they get quite loud and sound clear and of high quality. Bluetooth connects to my phone fairly easily and sounds decent and the light is great, not super bright but definitely not dim. My only minor complaint is that the cable running from the speaker to the computer is a bit short and could have been just a foot longer.
