The first one I bought died after two days of use on a stationary computer. I notified their support team who (to their credit) sent me a brand new setup for free. The second seems to have the same problem. Two satellite speakers are not recognized. I kept double checking to make sure everything was plugged in, that the system itself was plugged into the Surgemaster outlet, to avoid any potential electrical accidents, I checked the leads myself for broken or kinked wires. The system is built quite cheaply. The main attraction seems to be the LED lighting (and they don't buy multimedia speakers for it. I don't use LEDs). Overall I would recommend anyone even considering spending the HARD PASS money on this system and go straight to Logitech speakers. It was a waste of money, time and energy.
