I was skeptical but I have to tell you this is the best and most comfortable bra I have ever worn, even for women with AD. I've recently had issues with straps on other bras making my shoulders uncomfortable. I wouldn't "walk" in it or do heavy exercise in it, but I use it as an everyday bra for work and outings. I removed the cups as I don't like that full look and you can see my nipples in some of the shirts but it's worth it and I will be ordering more!
