The best thing about this program was its ease in using it for my business needs! I have been able use all aspects from scheduling employees through payroll processing with no issues at any time during our trial period which lasted almost two months!! There are some things we would like added such as an option or ability do create multiple departments within one account instead having each department set up separately (which can be costly if there's more than 1 person working under them). We also wish they could offer online training videos so those who aren't familiar will understand how everything works before purchasing their own license - however once again not much choice other then going back into another demo video when needed since most companies don't provide these types services free anymore unless paid upfront costs firstly..
