Low costs; not too straightforward

I have a divisible, adjustable bed with 12" legs and the extra 14" mattress means that no duvet is long enough to properly cover the legs. This skirt has improved the look of my bed quite a bit. It was easy to put on (not always, IME) and stays in place for the most part. This isn't the easiest of bed surrounds as the frame is very narrow (about 2 inches) and there's no box spring so there's not much to wrap around. I was able to crawl under the bed and, with the help of my husband, pull the two ends together; They stretch a bit and just fit with a regular button (much easier than tying them). If it were a little longer I could wrap it around the mattress, but it works well enough to keep the bed's legs (and the various under-bed drawers I put in there) neatly tucked away. I have to change it often, but that's more due to my bed. I don't like ruffles, but they're not too ruffled. Whites can be washed with some bleach (important as I have puppies that like to climb in there). Washes and dries well (on a low setting) and does not need to be ironed👍🏻. It's a nice, crisp material, but it's unmistakably unmistakable for anything expensive (which isn't surprising at this price point, but it's always a nice bonus when it looks more expensive than it actually is). It's not an ideal situation for me, but I'll do it now. This ruffle is well made, easy to install (although it took me two people to do it) and requires little maintenance. I like it.

Pros
  • even oldtimers understand
Cons
  • a few little things
