I'm 5ft 2in, 130lbs and ordered a medium. She is HUGE! The sleeves reach to the elbows. I can't even put it in without a wrinkle because of the length. I ordered this shirt as a temporary work shirt. for learning. I'm a bit embarrassed to wear it because I'm in a managerial position and it looks pretty silly being that big. Unfortunately, they're out of stock in small right now, so I guess I'll have to take care of that. at least I know I'll be fine!
