Useful but not professional level.
Designed for light home use. The metal is thin and the handle attachment is rather flimsy. Some assembly is required as the handle and screws are packaged in plastic. When the screws that hold the handle to the lid are tightened, there is a slight bend in the metal lid. It seemed to me that this was because the cone on the handle didn't quite match the angle of the lid dome. If it were a commercial product I would complain a lot more.
