Overall, this product has good design, fine workmanship, quality materials and consistent packaging. It works very well and is as good as advertised. However, there is one major design flaw that is almost a hindrance to me, and that is that the device doesn't save the settings after turning it off. This is what most modern hardware does and it is a pity that the developers of OdorStop products forgot to implement this very simple function. It is very annoying having to set the clock and both timers almost every time I need to start the machine. I said "almost" because sometimes the machine can run for a few minutes in a certain part of the house without a timer. Thing is, the machine has to be moved between rooms, so it has to be plugged in/unplugged, and that makes setting up timers from scratch extremely and increasingly tedious. Another non-functional aspect of the machine that I really don't like is its looks. It looks like an old radio from the 70's and is a very ugly decoration. Every time you have to hide in the closet.
