Very, very sturdy. As strong as a small table can possibly be. Great range of adjustment and ability to lower so much, I can store it under my antique desk and while gaming I can use it as a perfect height table so my wrists aren't sore.All in all excellent. My only issue is its a bit small for my keyboard and mousepad, but its a laptop table, so that's my own fault.
