When we first got this we loved it, it was surprised at how powerful the different levels were, but it wasn't even a month old and the LED was burning off, name the branding on the side has faded and a bolt dangles somewhere in the gun. In addition, the case does not hold the head. Every time we open a suitcase, the heads fall out of the frame. It's a good strong massage gun, but I don't think it's worth it if a month after you bought it it's all falling apart.
