Many, many years ago I had a stressful job that I loathed and started to grind my teeth. Add a bit of anxiety occasionally for other reasons, and I've been using the night guard for a long time now. I have found that these types of tablets do a good job of exfoliating once a week. My favorite guardian is Doctor's Nightguard, which I'm currently using with these pills. They are easy to use. I simply drop the pill into a glass of very WARM water (NOT hot) and then submerge it in cold water submerged in a night guard. I do this for 5 minutes on each side as longer doesn't seem better and I don't want to risk damaging the Soft Guard device. It has been proven to extend the life of my mouthguard and make it cleaner and fresher. I like the quantity of these so I don't have to order them very often and the price is definitely fair.
