Even if the box is strong, it's hot! What I think gets polished/honed are all the cuts, it's not! I received the box and didn't even think to check the ingredients as the product description said rounded corners. When it was discovered I woke up to the squeaks and screams of my three month old puppy, not that I need to get out or want to take you for a walk, NO it was a pain, you have to hear it at least once in your life to hear it to know. But when she jumped out of bed and went to the box, she sat there and squeaked. I pulled her out, examined her and noticed blood on my leg, where her paw was, where it was cut. To make a long story short, I looked at every single thing in the drawer that was her blanket and her toys - all stuffed animals. I looked in the box and there was blood, sorry I didn't think about the photos, I was more concerned that she was in pain. I felt for the rod where it had been cut off and it was sharp and didn't push too hard or cut me. So if you buy this box I will check every cut as there are many and most of these boxes I have received are sharp and not honed/honed.
