I bought the Cricut Explorer 2 Air. First I called the company to ask questions before buying a car. I did a lot of research online and also watched videos etc. I then felt good about spending $300 on all of this including vinyls, carpet cutting, clippers, etc. when I got the machine in the mail and finally installed it. First you need to create a Cricut online account, enter your serial number and go to designspace.com. The problem I have is that you can't download the program on your desktop computer, so you have to be connected to the internet to use the machine. pay 10.00 a month Nobody said anything about it. So if I don't use it for 2-3 months, I still have to pay, right? There are some hidden things that you are not told before you buy. I don't think it's right to pay $120 a year to use this machine that I've already bought. If I had known about it, I would never have bought it. I'm sending everything back for a refund. Attention: Update: I also bought cutters and cutting mats which I never used so I sent them back for a refund. It's been almost a month and still no refund. I'm just one of the unsatisfied customers they have or have had.
