Review on Womens Casual Preppy Bouffancy Chiffon by Trisha Hunter

I was very excited when this arrived, it even arrived 3 1/2 weeks earlier. (That's one of the reasons I give it so many stars.) I pulled it around my waist with effort. I know I'm not a skinny girl, but I'm definitely not that skinny for my age. The bottom of the skirt was of pretty good quality for $12 (which is another reason I give it stars). But straps might work. I don't bother, I just send it back. Extremely disappointed. Should have listened to other reviews. ):
