I absolutely love this trainer, I'm 5'4 and weigh 178. It took me a week of researching to finally pick this one. Great choice though. After reading all the reviews I got a large and w the extender fits perfect. So if you normally buy a 2x get a LG. My waist was 38' w it on it 36'. Very comfortable, let's you know when your slouching. Nice lining, well built. No crazy rashes and welts that I saw w other brands, so far I'm able to wear this 8 to 9 hrs EASY! And its pretty. Helps my lower back, I have 3 herniated discs and scoliosis all in lower lumbar. Yes get this one, seriously! You will look snatched! Doesn't show under my cloths. Gonna work out in it this week, see how it goes. I'll soon be loosing this extender because I started on the last hooks on that anyways. All I can say is just buy it! I'm telling you.
