Update --- 150 days later and 0 issues. I have installed inverter pumps about 10 times. I've used everything from $20 used to $110 new Toyota. All fail at some point, from a month to a few years. Last time I paid $50 here, it took 59 days and Orion has been slow to get a warranty replacement. One before that was 4 months old and after twisting his arms half was returned. They all play. However this one definitely has a better build quality, even the plastic seems better, it has some sort of heat shield that I haven't seen on anything other than stock pumps, none of the cheap ones have had it before. It's also very quiet, which is a good sign. Slightly different bushings are used, do not overtighten, there will still be some play even after the hoses are attached, will allow wobble as intended. I can't tell how they will respond to crashes, but it couldn't be worse than any of the other lists. At this price, combined with the build quality, I would try them first. I will update if it doesn't work.
